The Medical Bus
In 2005, Dr. Roy Streete and the Organization for International Development (OID) a team of medical practitioners that travel throughout the Caribbean and Africa providing medical and dental care to underserved communities received a VHFF donation of US$180,000 for the purchase and furbishing of a state of the art, mobile health clinic. The mobile health clinic is travels around the island of Jamaica serving the local communities who are in need of dental and medical attention.
